Can Cortisporin Be Used In Eyes?

I got my prescription filled at pharmacy for my ear infections, for Cortisporin Opti, and noticed it says do not use in eyes. The box also says ears only. The pharmacist gave me the directions of use as: Instill 3 to 4 drops in each eye four times daily for 7 to 10 days

A ear drop specficaly mentioned not to use in eye. so doent use it in your eyes. For eye problem show it to eye doctor get prescribed the proper drug. There are many drugs contraindicated for ophthalmic use. i
