Can Combiflam Be Taken During Pregnancy?

Hi, My wife is 28 months pregnant and was feeling little feverishly and she also had cold due to weather change. Her doc suggested to take Crocin but we didn t have crocin and we thought combiflam is same as crocin so I gave 1 tab combiflam to her. And now someone told me combiflam is harmful in pregnancy. She took this tab two days back and baby movement is normal till now. Pls suggest will everything be fine? And what harm could be happen with combiflam?

I really appreciate your concern, plain Acetaminophen is best and safe in compression to combination of drugs it is advisable to read the temperature if it is more than 100 F then and then Acetaminophen can be taken hope this information helps.
