Can Clonazepam Cause Left Chest Pain And Heart Palpitations?

I am 35 female and have had pain in my chest on the left side....under my breast. When I walk my heart starts pounding. This started about 13 hours ago and the pain has dulled, but when I turn on my left side...it is sharp again. I am on Clonazepam for epilepsy. Could this be a side effect of my medication?

If you've NEVER had such symptoms before starting clonazepam and all of this began within a few days or few weeks of initiating the medication then, I would recommend speaking with your doctor because there certainly is a possibility this could be as a result of the medication. On the other hand, if these symptoms have occurred in the past or perhaps some variation of them has occurred but just not as intensely then, it is unlikely the medication and there would have to be another explanation other than side effects.
