With my morning sickness at present its the only thing ive managed to keep down aswell as enjoy. But im not sure if this is safe for my growing baby? I am also on prwgnancy vitamins. Hello,

You can safely have cerelac during pregnancy. There is no harm in using that as a source of vitamin A along with other vitamins. In addition, try to have leafy vegetables, oats, sprouts etc. as more of a natural source of vitamin A rather than the preserved forms.

I hope this answers your query. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. I wish you happy and safe pregnancy!

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
