Can Cerazette Cause Blood Spotting And Stomach Bloating?

I have been taking cerazette (the pill) for almost 3 months now, I have had no period just blood spotting now and again when im due. I have been to my local doctor because I wanted to know if the symptoms I have were to do with the pill or not. He couldn t give me a straight answer, so ive come to you guys for help. For the past 6-7 weeks, when it comes to night time ive been feeling like I need to vomit... but nothing happens. My stomach bloats for about 2-3 days on end then reduces back to its normal shape for about a day then back to bloated, ive been feeling ill, and dizzy through the days, ive had some cramping in my stomach and sides, ive also had a lot of trouble sleeping. Ive had headaches through the day (Its at its worst in the morning) Im usually able to exercise for hours as im a martial artist but lately ive been completely exhausted. My eating habits have changed a little but nothing really unusual, but my stomach is always making noises. Also if im sitting/laying watching tv or just relaxing, I can see clearly my heart beating by watching my stomach, I don t know if that s normal or if any of these problems are linked together but im only 17 and its starting to worry me. I understand your concern.
Many of the female experience certain symptoms like you are having as intermittent spotting and abdominal bloating while on birth control pills like Cerazette. This could continue for first few months and gradually subsides by 6 months. These symptoms can be managed by symptomatic treatment.
In case such symptoms continues or becomes bothersome, you may need to change the pills or mode of contraception which could suit you.
Kindly consult Gynecologist in this regard for necessary evaluation and management.
