Can Bromfed Help The Constant Cough After Recovering From Slight Case Of Pneumonia ?
My 2 1/2 year old grandaughter was diagnoised with a slight case of pnemonia. She was given an antibiotic, persidone and the albuterol solution, because they believe she suffers with asthma. She is better today, no fever, but only taking in fluids. She has though a constant cough. On nebulizer but still coughing..can she take bromfed as well to settle cough?

Her chest is to be examined to know the status of asthma.Bromfed decreases secreation.Add to bronchodialatation. If chest is clear then a cough sedative can be given.Prednisolone dose must have been tappered.
