Can Asthakind Dx Be Given For Fever In A Child?

Hi Child has continuous fever, prescribed asthakind dx syrup. Is this medicines advisable for a kid? . Her pediatrician prescribed asthakind dx syrup. But nowhere in the bottle/cover its mentioned that its for pediatric use. And on the cover its also mentioned that its sugar free. I just want to confirm whether i can give her or not? ...

For fever you have to give the child some antibiotic like moxikind-cv or azithral after an expert opinion along with brufen junior or syrup ibugesic for fever. Do cold sponging to reduce the temperature of child body. Give asthakind-dx only if the child is having complain of dry cough.
