There are several classes of medicines for blood pressure - there are several medicines in each class - there are several proprietary names for each medicine! The treating doctor prescribes one or more - depending on the level of pressure, other diseases, results of investigation and so on.
Amlong is amlodipine - a calcium channel blocker - for BP
It will not help your 'piles' - the only way to clear haemorrhoids is to get operated.
