ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your CT scan reports.
It suggests that you are suffering from the Right maxillary sinusitis mainly and some extent to the left maxillary sinusitis also.
As for concha bullosa- A concha bullosa is an air-filled cavity within a turbinate (A bone in the nose that is situated along the side wall of the nose and is covered by mucous membrane) in the nose.
For this condition you consult the ENT specialist for better description and management.

Wish you good health
