CT scan of sinus shows mucosal thickening with polypoid change throughout the sinus region. Explain?

i recently had a ct of sinus and findings were as follows, extensive polpoid change throughout the maxillary antra bilaterally, there is edema at the osteomeatal unit complexes bilaterally with osteomeatal unit obstruction bilaterally, there is some mucosal thickening at multiple ethmoid air cells, there is extensive mucoperiosteal thickening with polypoid change throughout the sphenoid sinus region can you help explain?

Basically there is extensive polyp formation in your sinuses (maxillary, sphenoid sinus) and the osteomeatal complex that connects the sinuses is full of fluid.
You now feel (correct me if I am wrong) that your entire head feels like a solid mass, with no air entry through the nostrils and completely blocked.
You must visit your ENT surgeon who requested this CT and he will most likely opt for FESS (functional endoscopic sinus surgery).
Also I hope you are not allergic to aspirin or asthmatic, as this complicates the picture but you would still need the FESS and long term nasal steroid sprays.
