Often, these fractures do not require any surgical treatment
at all, especially if there is no significant facial deformity
Sometimes, there maybe complication of the inferior orbital wall fracture with entrapment of inferior rectus muscle in which case the patient usually has double vision
) or inability to move the eyeball upwards. This condition may require surgery.
In your case, only management of your pain with analgesics and a short duration antibiotic cover may suffice.
