CHEST PAIN. SOMETIMES I START TO FEEL SHARP OFF IN ON PAINS IN THE MIDDLE
I HAVE CHEST PAINS, SOMETIMES MY CHEST TIGHTIN UP THEN I START TO FEEL SHARP OFF IN ON PAINS IN THE MIDDLE OF MY CHEST. IT FEELS LIKE ALOT OF PERSURE ON MY CHEST. I WAS WONDERING DOES THIS SOUND LIKE GAS ARE SOME OTHER KIND OF PROBLEM

Any pain in the chest you never neglect,even it may be due to some gastric upset or hyper acidity you should evaluate the complain as to miss gastric problem nothing to loose but if you miss the coronary you missed a lot.
So you go for ECG and rule out coronary pain.
