welcome to healthcaremagic
The only option of Alternative care for piles including anorectal disease only ayurveda herbal preparation and as per condition ayurvedic approach of minor surgery called ksharsutra is successful. No allopathis surgery is useful as reoccurence rate is high. for complete removal of problem you had to follow the dietary consideration to prevent constipation. further as per condition of piles mass grading of piles ist and 2nd grade normal medicine are enough but if 3rd and 4th stage we had to ksharasutra technique which is who recognised ayurvedic approach of surgery which is minor surgery without hospital admission, less bleeding, not expensive and no recorrence in future also..
take care

Homeopath Dr. Swati Ramkumar's  Response
Dear Manjari,
Piles are the dilatation and engorgement of the veins around the rectum. Piles can be bleeding (hemorrhoids) or non bleeding. Homeopathy has excellent results in piles depending upon the cause in your mother. Also the degree of piles is important.
1) Diet modification--- give her a diet rich in fiber like green leafy vegetable, fruits, oats, cucumber as this would help in forming the bulk of stools and hence prevent constipation. Hard stools or straining at stools tends to aggravates the piles.
2) Water intake needs to be increased 10-12 glasses/day
3) If the pain is very severe she can apply xylocaine ointment. This would give her temporary relief.
4) Ask her to avoid pressure with passing stools and go to the toilet immediately after she feels the urge and not hold back the stools.

Take her to a homeopath who would take a detailed case history and prescribe her medicines, which would cure her of her complaints. The time duration for recovery would be best informed to you by the treating doctor.

Piles is a very troublesome problem, and it has no cure in allopathy or surgery, so the best treatment for you will be homeopathy, please mention one more thing the piles are bleeding or non bleeding, the success rate in treatment of piles in homeopathy is much higher than any other mode of treatment.
ask her to drink a lot of water,
take lot of fibrous food,
avoid being constipated, do not give pressure while passing stool,
avoid spicy food which may result in burning in anal region.
