Burnt Skin On Thumb, Oozing Pale Yellow Viscous Liquid. What Do I Do?

I have burnt a whole thick layer of skin off my thumb right down to the nail, i put it in water for 20 mins then covered it and now in the morning the dressing was really wet, i took it off and my thumb was dripping in a pale yellow quite viscous liquid, i used a tissue to get rid of it but it keeps oozing back, what do i need to do?

It is a burnt tissue(Necrotic Tissue) that is being shed off.You have to do proper dressing and take antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs for a week.
