Burnt Hand, Painful Rash, Tiny Bumps, Tender To Touch. Cause Of Worry?

I burnt my hand over a week ago and although it s scabbed and seemingly almost healed ( Neosporin and kept uncovered). However, 2 days ago I developed a bumpy, painful (not itchy) rash that seems to be getting worse. Never had a blister and the burn was minor. They are tiny little bumps on the burn and near it. No oozing or itch but they are tender. Should I worry?
