I injured my my knee, loud pop on inside, pain, now there is a burning sensation radiating down my leg, into my calf. Mostly when I am in sitting position, with leg bent. Also, knee is unstable and clicking and popping when I walking and turn a corner.

hello,
looks like you have a torn ligament and a meniscus.
this is common in knee injury and causes instability.
i would advise you to get a MRI scan of your knee and to consult an orthopedician with regard to the same.
i hope i have answered your query.
take care
