Burning Sensation In The Inner Labia, Inflamed White Spots Spreading. Is This STD Or Yeast Infection?

Hi. I have had a slight burning sensation on the inner labia . Both sides now look red and inflamed with tiny tiny pinhead size white spots, which almost forms a rash. It is widespread. Does not affect the vulva or opening of vagina. Also I just finished breastfeeding and we have been passing thrush back and forth. Is it a yeast infection or some sort of STI?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you might be having some fungal infection with super added bacterial infection.
Go for vaginal swab to know type of infection.
Consult Gynaec and get physically examined for proper diagnosis.
Keep local hygiene clean and healthy.
Ok and bye.
