Burning Sensation In Head Of Penis, Worsening After Urination, Urge To Urinate
The head off my dick burns all the time... worse right after i pee..... thats really the only symtoms... i feel like i have to pee all the time, i had sex the other night, and it felt like this after... but went away a few hours later... had sex the next night and this time it hasnt gone away... its been 3 days....

Hi,
It seems that you are having balanoposthitis..
It may be candidal balanoposthitis.
It is fungal infection.
It caused by candida albicans.
The fungus from female partner spreads to you after intercourse.
The skin of glns and prepuce , become red,wet and erosed.
There is mild to severe burning.
Anti fungal tablets and cream for few days will improve.
Give anti fungal tab. to your partner also.
Improve hygiene.
Take Sitz bath in dettol water.
Avoid soap.
Take immunobusters to imorove immunity.
Rule out DM, HIV and other diseases after blood investigations.
Consult dermatologist.
