Hi Jadejhenderson

Thanks for coming to HCM

Burning pain sensation while taking meal can be a sign of peptic ulcer and the pathophysiology is food leads to acid secretion which causes the symptom. Oral ulcers can also be the Manifestaion of reflux.

I advise you to go for upper GI endoscopy or barium meal to rule out the same....If ulcers are diagnosed you will be off symptoms by taking proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole for 2-3 weeks.

for oral ulcers you can apply boroglycerine oral preparation to avoid ulcer sticking which helps their healing....B complex preparation will also help.

Since the pain is on left side involving the arm it will be better to go for ECG to rule out cardiac disease....

best wishes
