Burning Sensation During Urination, Clear Discharge And Itchy Penis. UTI Test Reveals Leukocytes. Is This UTI?

I have a slight burn when I pee, clear discharge, an leaky after I pee. I have been taking pills for urinary tract infection and the symptoms are going away, but still have clear discharge penis itches inside about half way down. Could this be a uti? I have been peeing a lot but it's not urgent... Also I tested positive for leukocytes when I took a uti test

Hello,

Leukocytes are pus cell due to urinary infection. Proper antibiotic and urine alkaliser may eliminate this type of problem.

Drink plenty of water and maintain genital hygiene properly. Practice protected sex with condom to prevent future recurrence.
