Burning Pain And An Indentation In Lower Leg, Skin Texture Changes Spontaneously, Have Varicose Veins, Muscle Cramps. Suggest

I have burning pain and an indentation in my lower leg which will not go away. Skin texture in the area is changing. I have bad spider and varicose veins in that area. Also on med for last 2 years for leg pain, muscle cramps and numbness in both legs. The result of pinched nerves in the back for which I am scheduled to have a pain blocker . Should I be concerned.

the problem is because of varicose veins.
keep the leg elevated.
do not keep sitting or standing too long.
apply compression bandage.
consult a nearby surgeon to rule out the cause.thereby plan the treatment.
