Burning Pain Across Shoulder, Middle Back, Left Arm, Knees. Due To Anxiety Or Fibromyalgia?

I have anxiety but latley ive been waking up middle of night with burning pain across my shoulders to middle back its also im my left arm elbows and knees is this anxiety or mabey fibro also the bottom of my feet gets a pain and the left leg on the side calf hurtsbad when positioned certain way i have a lot of lower pack pain as well what is going on with me

Most of the times anxiety presents with restlessness, tremors, dryness of throat, chocking sensation, sweating, butterflies in stomach etc symptoms. But as you have been waking in night with burning pain across shoulders, middle back and arms these may be somatic symptoms of anxiety or symptoms of some other disease. These can be labelled anxiety only if other orthopedic abnormality is not detected. As you have symptoms of different areas most likely they appear to be somatic symptoms. Still I would advise you to please visit your doctor for further evaluation.
