Burning feeling in chest and arm. What can it be? Worry?

A moment ago was having a burning feeling in my chest and left arm . Over the past month my chest has been hurting off and on for differing amounts of time. I have been reading a lot about what it could be and I have been getting more and more frightened of what could be causing this chest pain . I have no medical insurance. What should I do...

Burning feeling in the chest and radiation of it to the left arm can have multiple reasons.

Gastroesophageal reflux
Muscular pain
esophageal spasm.

You need to get some investigations done to reach the diagnosis.
