Burning And Itching On Scrotum

I m currently taking antihistaminics and antiscabies drug,my scabies test was negative and also tried antibiotics ...nothing helped ...today morning i have intense burning and itching complain on the scrotum as i unknowingly scratched it during sleep plz if u can help me to get some instant releief and i am 23 yr old , 140 lb wt , no allergy to other drugs

the reason for the itching may be a fungal infection..u may need some topical anti fungal drugs and steroids...u may need to undergo tests to rule out diabetes as diabetes is also one of the causes for constant itching..
consult a dermatologist at the earliest..
However for instant relief u could apply tenovate-GM cream.
