has same pattern of distribution i.e., appears first in trunk, back, spreads to face, at last to extremities and associated with fever..chicken pox will develop into vesicles filled with clear fluid and later becomes a scab and falls off..Measles will be with watering of eyes, conjunctival injection, viral infection like features..
Chicken pox vaccine
is polysaccharide vaccine, hence it wont give complete protection..
will also spread among children rapidly..But it'll be associated with itching..
