Bumps On Chin , Pimples, Puss After Squeezing, Dark Hole. What Could Be This?

I have been getting some bumps on my chin and face that look like pimples or ingrown hairs. When I squeeze them they produce large amounts of clear puss accompanied by a deep, dark, round hole that takes some time to heal. I originally thought it might be from recently having to shave daily but I have gotten one on the side of my face between my eye brow and hair line. Any thoughts on what this could be?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
From the description, these lesions seem to be of acne. Do not squeeze these as might lead to marks and scarring. Apply benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin gel daily to help the lesions heal. As the lesions appear to be pustular, a course of oral antibiotic like doxycycline or minocycline or azithromycin would offer good response.
Hope this helped.
Take care
