Bumps On Arm, Itching. Bruises From Wrist To Elbow. Taking Coumadin

My lower left arm has several little "bumps" that I first just thought were mosquito bites. Now they look more like a blister. They itch. And bruises have started to show on my arm in same area. I do not scratch, I "rub" the area with the flat tip of fingers. A line of small, faint bruises show from wrist almost to almost the elbow. Very irritating. I take coumadin.
