Bumps In Shins, Rubbery And Mobile. Is This Normal?

Hello, I have had tiny bumps in my shins for as long as I can remember. I am 34 and weigh 135-and am in pretty good health. I eat mostly a plant based diet , take my omegas, and do organic as mush as possible...but I wasn t always this health conscience...but I run my fingers up and down my shin and it feels lumpy. I have one that is slightly larger and a bit rubbery and mobile....my 17 year old daughter has small bumps that are similar. Is this normal?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi I am Dr Manoj.....the kind of lumps you are having seems to be multiple lipomas....these are the fat tumors which are benign in nature....you don't really have to bother about these...they are asymptomatic....they can be removed for cosmetic reasons by minor surgery...don't worry
