Bumps In Ears, Not Painful, Post Nasal Drip, Chest Congestion, No Appetite. Link Between Symptoms?

For about the past 2 weeks I have notices that when I burp my right ear pops. It is not painful, only uncomfortable it feels as though their may be some moisture seep in my ear. I also have post nasal drip and very bad chest congestion. I also have no appetite . Do you think there could be any link between all these symptoms?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Thanks for using health care magic. I read your query and I believe that you may be having patulous eustachian tube. that may be causing discomfort in ear. but still i suggest you to consult the E.N.T surgeon.
If still in doubt, please feel free to see a doctor. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more queries.
With best wishes for a speedy cure
