Bump On Upper Lip, Pus Oozing After Squeezing. Underlying Cause?

i have noticed a small bump on my upper lip it looks like a hair bump but im unsure. when i pressed it some puss came out. i waited a couple of days now i think it my be like pores on yours nose when you squeeze them and a lil white stuff come out . after not touching it its has dried up no puss or white stuff anymore now it's skin is healing over it after i peeled it off. it's like a tiny bruise what could this be

Hi, thanks for calling Health care magic forum.
You had a bump on the upper lip, on pressing some pus came out. on pressure, there was discharge, and when left it there was a crust, and when it is removed there is tiny bruise.
It appears to be the bacterial infection, healed by nature, so had some scar tissue. If it is cured by medicines , it would have healed by natural process, there would have been the healthy tissue.
