Bump On The Roof Of The Mouth After A Robotic Hysterectomy. Reason? On Antibiotics For Possible Infection

hi doctor...i had a robotic hysterectomy last thurs and i just noticed a bump on the roof of my mouth...there is a pit in the center of it...it is the same color as the roof of my mouth. could it be due to the instrument they use down your throat so you dont swallow your tongue? i am on antibiotics to prevent any post op infection.

hello
this can be a ulcer or because of enlarged salivary gland......you can take mouthwash regularly and multivitamins so that it heals fast ....and if possible consult an ENT specialist.....
