Bump On My Vagina. What Could Be This ?

I have a bump on my vagina, the size of a m&m and its not on the outside skin its like in the inside and has been there for a week and now I noticed that two little red dots appeares on the bumb and its kind of sore . Please tell me what it is, I m getting scared.

it seems to be a vaginal cyst.though it is nothing serious but you should always consult a gyanecologist.vaginal cyst mainly occurs due trauma to the vaginal epithelium.

it can be a bartholin cyst which can be infected.generally it subsides by antibiotics.so consult a gynaec.

Thanks for query.
it seems that you might have forming abscess or infected mybabian cyst.
Go for antibiotic and anti inflammatory medicine.
after it becomes alright small cyst persist then consult gynaec to rule out mybabian cyst.
keep proper local hygiene.
