General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! This must be a cyst which is deep seated with an opening on the skin. From your description, it seems like a sebaceous cyst. The treatment for this condition is surgical, in which the whole cyst with the discharging tract is removed. I would suggest you to consult a general surgeon for the purpose.
