Bump On Eyebrow, Mild Pain. Treatment?

I have a bump that isn't visible on the surface but I can feel with my fingers. It is located on the far end of my eye brow, below the temple. There is a little pain when i touch it or close my eyes tightly--essentially adding any pressure. The pain is like touching a bruised area. It lump itself feels hard like a cyst.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello,
The symptoms which you have mentioned indicate a cystic swelling near eye brow. It can be sebaceous cyst if it is of recent onset. It can be dermoid cyst if it is there since long time.
I advice you to consult ophthalmologist for examination and accurate diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
