Hi,

It seems that you may be having small sebaceous cyst near anus in intergluteal area.

There may be small swelling containing blackish cheesy or powdery material.

There may be pain,if infected. Do not squeez or prick the lesions.

It may be removed easily by expert under local anaesthesia. And it is a OPD procedure.

So, you consult dermatologist or surgeon, and have treatment. I feel you may be alright.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
