Hello dear
thanks for writing to us.
Bump or abscess in anal area is quiet common due to hairs and abundance of bacteria in this area.
Of these the most disabling is pilonidal sinus.
In this condition a large abscess is formed which rupture to discharge pus and sinus is visible as seen in your condition.
You need treatment with oral antibiotics.
Please meet a dermatologist.
According to me, it has no relation with your ruptured ovarian cyst.
Thank you
