Bump In Vulva, Itching, Hurts To Wipe, Hard. Not Sexually Active

i am a 15 year old girl and i have a oval bump in i think my vulva area around my clitoris i think and it itches and hurts when i wipe, it is hard and i am not sexually active and im a virgin . if you grab it you can feel it go quite a ways under the skin and its still hard im really scared do you know what it is!!!?!??!?! please help

Hi thanks for your question.
The swelling your complaining of around your vulva could be due to following reasons;
No1 Bartholin cyst.Bartholin glands are normally present in this region and their screations are important for vaginal lubrication.These gland get enlaged when their duct get blocked and secreations are retained.Sometime they get infected and become tender to touch and give pain.
No 2.A Lipoma a benign fatty tumor usually painless.but when inflammed become tender.
No 3.Least possibilt is sebious cysrt.
Most likely this swelling is infected bartholin cyst,which will respond to antibiotic therapy.The other two conditions need surgical removal for which you have to consult a gynaecologist.
