Bump In Abdomen After Lifting Niece, No Pain. What Could This Be?

Hey,... Last night I picked up my niece on my back & when I lifted her up I felt something on the front left lower side of my abs move... I have no pain... & I cant really tell if theres a bump or not...sometimes there appears to be a small bump but other times nothing...i was also working out my upper body &stomache section b4 hand ... Any suggestions on what this could be?

Hi,
This could possibly be a hernia in the groin area. This is not serious. It occurs when there is an area of weakness in the abdominal wall and some tissue protrudes through. The treatment is usually an operation and this cures the condition.
