Bump At The Center Back Of Head, Throbbing In Head, Feel Weak. Reasons ?

Hi, a steel pole fell on me yesterday. I incurred a bump at the almost topmost center back of my head. I felt the impact but I ignored whatever pain i felt since I was in rush. I still feel a bit of throbbing on my head, where the steel pole hit me. I m kind a bit weak but not dizzy. Is there something I should do? What are the possible serious result of this incident? Please let me know ASAP. Thanks

Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,
The injury seems to be mild and it should settle on its own. If the dizziness increases or you experience any new symptoms like nausea, headache, drowsiness etc then you should rush to the doctors. Apart from that there is nothing you need to do. Do not worry about the possible serious results at this moment.
good luck.

Hi
There is no any serious concern at present as you don’t have any symptom of head injury like nausea, vomiting, giddiness, seizure then you must to consult with doctor and to CT head, at present no required.
For pain you can take painkillers, bump is blood collection will heal itself.
Take care
