Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
thanks for writing to us.
The description provided is not sufficient enough to reach most probable diagnosis. It could be sebaceous cyst, scabetic nodule, molluscum boil, warts, syphilis chancre. it would be prudent to visit a dermatologist nearby to diagnose the condition .If required you might have to undergo few tests, to diagnose and manage the case. All these conditions are treatable.
Hope this helped.
Take care
