Bump And Little Blood On The Tip Of Penis. Hurts And Burns While Peeing. What Could It Be?

I noticed this morning that my penis was hurting so I went to check it out and there was a little blood and scabbing then I got that off and noticed a very little bump on the tip of my penis and like a creme color discharge and when it rubs against something like underwear it hurts really bad and when I pee it burns what could it be?

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. It is concerning to know that there is a bump on the tip of your penis but it is also reassuring to know that you have the burning sensation when peeing. It is an indicator of infection and you can easily treat urinary tract infection with antibiotics. I believe that you need to also maintain proper genital hygiene and use analgesic medications for the pain till you consult a doctor who can prescribe the appropriate antibiotics after testing your urine and running an STD profile. I hope you do so as soon as possible.
