Hi mandakini
Welcome to healthcare magic.
The report mentions 3 aspects, first that her liver has more fat deposited and is enlarged which can be a sign of her obesity /overweight or viral infection or associated finding of a hormonal disorder.second that she has a enlarged uterus which can be due to infection or endometriosis or hormonal problems.and third that she has Pid that is pelvic inflammatory disease which may be
commonly caused by chronic infection.so the exact diagnosis can be made by your doctor depending on her detailed history , examination and some blood tests like cbc, esr, thyroid, bl.sugar, crp, lipid and liver profile.
Whatever wil b the cause the treatment wil depend on it mostly medications and sometimes minor surgery.hope I have answered your query
Thanks
