Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic
From your description it could be an infected pilonidal sinus, or infected sebaceous cyst or furuncle. Without an opportunity to closely examine the lesion, I would not be able to accurately specify the condition. You might need to consider a consultation with dermatologist for assessment and treatment. A course of antibiotics is usually required to control the infection.
Hope this helped.
Take care.
