Bruises On Knee, Red And Swollen. Is It Related To Respiratory System Somehow?

good evening, doctor. i want to ask something, this is about my tutorial s scenario. there is a student, 20 years old came to the clinic with conditions bruisesin the knee , appear red, swollen and painful. he told that three days ago he fell out of the motorcycle and not get treatment. the problem is, how can this scenario relate to respiratory system? i do not get the point

Hi. The only ways this can be connected to the respiratory system are as follows --
1. He had a lung contusion when he fell off the motorcycle and this can be associated with increased respiratory rate.
2. He has had a fracture of a long bone like femur with fat embolism.
