Bruised Ribs, Swollen Stomach, Achy Thigh After Falling Down. Anything Serious?

I rolled my 4-wheeler a week ago and my ribs are bruised among other things. I was wonder if there would be a reason as to why my stomach is swollen and if I should be worried about it? My bruising was pretty deep, my rib cage seems to be tighter and more uncomfortable now than what it was all last week and the bruise on my left upper and outer thigh is more achey too. Thoughts?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef, a general surgeon answering your query.

To be very precise, if you have started getting increased discomfort and pain in the bruise of the chest, and swelling in the abdomen/stomach, I as your family physician would refer you to an emergency room of any nearby hospital in your area. Waiting at home with gradually increase in symptoms may harm you more. Wishing you an early recovery.
