Bruise On Lower Back, Painful After Constant Standing Or Walking.

My lower back feels like I have taken a fall, but I haven t. I have a bruise on my lower spine that is about the size of the end of your pinky, that has been there for a month. Sitting standing or laying down for any length of time causes a lot of pain. I am constantly having to shift around and can never get really comfortable.

It can be a back muscle spasm and it can occur even when you are sleeping or lifting some weight. I Would suggest you to take:
1.Myoril tablet twice daily
2.Hot water fomentation
3.Volini gel local application
Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weight.
