Bruise On Leg From Fall, Hard Lump, Redness. What Is It?

I tipped a four wheeler over on my leg about a month ago. I had to large bruises - one from the handle bar and one from the running board. The bruising itself has mostly dissappeared but on my lowere leg a large hard lump has formed. What is it and should I worry. there is no heat but some redness below the lump has developed.

Hi,
You do not worry about the change in the consistency of the wound. It is is the normal sequel of any injury to change its consistency. The only precaution you must follow is not to touch, pinch pop or squeeze any of them other wise it can get infected and can cause complications. It will be alright in next few weeks.
