Bruise On Inner Thigh, Lump. Swollen Feet, Ankles, Calves. Reason?

About two weeks ago I noticed a large black/purple bruise the size of a grapefruit on my inner thy area closer to my knee, also there is a lump in the middle that the bruise was surrounding, the bruise is almost basically gone but the hard lump is still there, it doesn't cause any pain, also I just got back from my honeymoon on Monday from aruba "nicest place ever" about two days in aruba and now two days being home "4 days total" my feet, ankles, and calves are extremely swollen! I am 27 years old and in very good shape and follow a strict diet I never eat anything with sodium except when I was on my honeymoon. Does the lump on my leg have to do with my swollen feet ankles and calves? And do you know what any of these could be from? Thank you for taking your time to read this -mike

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, the bruice appears to be due to friction or a prick, and the swelling in this limb may be due to the bruice, other wise the swellings could be due to anemia, hypoprotinaemia, or kidney or heart problem.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine foods.
Thank you.
