I wish you have told about your age, because if you are below 45, COPD
is less likely. It usually occurs in male elderly smokers. What I feel is that you have got nasal allergy
( allergic rhinitis
) along with asthma
. Better go for a simple breath test
with reversibility testing. If it comes out to be positive you may have to take inhaled bronchodilators which are handy, simple to use and associated with far lesser side effects as compared to tablets.
Meet the pulmonologist of your area and ask for the test....
