Brain MRI Showed Lesions, Empty Sella Syndrome. Have Headache, Nasal Discharge. Help

i recently had an mri of my brain and it showed 4 lesions wich was diagnosed as ms/ at the same time i am seeing a urologist for bladder problems and he seems to think it related. now i had the evoked potential done and they were within normal limits/ also on my mri i said i had empty sella syndrome, and that when it presses on my pituitary ( wich is flat as a pancake) i get a horrible headache and fluid starts dripping from my nose. now both mu neurologist and my pcp dont seem to be concerned but i looks it up at johns hopkins and its a rare desease, could this be contributing to the ms symptoms

Hello and welcome to HCM,

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a demyelinating disease usually picked up on the MRI.
Urinary bladder involvement is common in MS due to demyelination of the spinal nerves.
Headache and dripping of fluid from nose suggests CSF rhinorrhea.
In this case CSF (fluid which is present around the brain and spinal cord) leaks from the space around the rain.
This leakage occurs due to trauma, infection, or some kind of deformity.
Empty sellar syndrome suggests some kind of growth replacing the normal structures in the sell.
You need to consult your neurologist for all these symptoms.

Thanks and take care
